The PMO Lead is responsible for leading day-to-day PMO activities, supporting governance processes, monitoring project performance, and ensuring alignment across project workstreams. The role acts as a key coordination point between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate PMO activities across assigned projects and initiatives.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and tracking updates.
• Support implementation of PMO governance standards and methodologies.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support issue escalation and follow-up on action plans.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and follow-up on action items.
• Support resource coordination and project planning activities.
• Contribute to improving PMO processes and operational efficiency. Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management roles.
• Experience in consulting, transformation, or enterprise project environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project tracking tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
