The PMO Director is responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) function, ensuring effective governance, execution oversight, and portfolio management across strategic programs and projects. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 12–18+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or transformation leadership roles.
• Strong experience managing large-scale programs and project portfolios.
• Experience in consulting, government, or enterprise transformation environments preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP are highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
