PMC Commissioning Manager

The Role:

The Commissioning Manager (PMC) is responsible for leading, managing, and assuring all commissioning and start-up (CSU) activities for major offshore oil & gas, marine, or energy projects on behalf of the Project Management Consultant (PMC). The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and handover to operations, while coordinating closely with EPC contractors, operators, and multi-disciplinary teams. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and deep knowledge of offshore systems and regulatory requirements

Job Objective

Lead, manage, and assure all pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operational handover activities for major offshore facilities, islands, or fabrication yards.

The role acts as the vital bridge between construction completion and safe, seamless asset handover to operations, ensuring full compliance with ADNOC technical standards, schedule milestones, and uncompromising Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) targets.
