Key Responsibilities

• Resource & Cost Management: Estimate labor/material needs, manage budgets, and forecast cash flows.

• Risk & Change Management: Identify potential roadblocks, assess risks, and develop recovery plans for delays.
• Reporting: Prepare progress summaries, highlight weaknesses, and advise on corrective actions. Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project), understanding of construction processes, data analysis.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, analytical, and leadership abilities. Requirements

• 5 years of UAE experience in Project execution of residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.
