A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its physician-led clinical support across outpatient, inpatient and procedural services and is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support physicians with patient assessment, history taking, examination and care coordination within approved scope.
• Assist in outpatient clinics, inpatient rounds, procedures, documentation and follow-up planning.
• Coordinate investigations, referrals, patient education and multidisciplinary communication.
• Recognise clinical deterioration and escalate promptly to supervising physicians.
• Maintain safe, ethical and professional practice within UAE licensing and facility regulations.
• Support quality improvement, patient flow, clinical audits and service efficiency.

- Recognised Physician Assistant qualification
- Current professional registration from home country where applicable
- Relevant hospital or specialty experience
- BLS / ACLS preferred depending on clinical area
- Eligibility for UAE professional licensing through DHA / DOH / MOH where applicable
