We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious educational leader to join our thriving and successful school as a Phase Leader in Primary. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced middle or senior leader who is passionate about driving high standards of teaching, learning, achievement, and wellbeing across a phase of the school.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of their phase, leading teams of teachers and support staff to ensure every child achieves their full potential. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Phase will champion excellence in teaching and learning, curriculum development, safeguarding, inclusion, and pastoral care.
