Pharmacist

Main Responsibilities

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Offer medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to create and manage medication treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as necessary in conjunction with medical staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients regarding medication safety and wellness.
• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continually enhance service delivery. Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
