We are looking for a passionate and skilled Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will not only dispense medications but also provide personalized care and advice to our patients, ensuring they have the best possible outcomes from their treatments.
Main Responsibilities
- Accurately process and dispense prescription medications, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
- Offer medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to create and manage medication treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as necessary in conjunction with medical staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients regarding medication safety and wellness.
- Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continually enhance service delivery.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in Saudi Arabia preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to continuous education and staying current in the pharmacy field.
