• Monitor patient responses to drug therapy and adjust medications as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical knowledge and industry trends to provide the highest quality of care.
• Conduct medication therapy management services to enhance patient safety and adherence. Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Previous experience as a pharmacist is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication management, and drug interactions.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills to educate patients on medication usage.
