Job Description

At FAENA The Red Sea, we are dedicated to creating transformative wellness experiences that inspire balance, vitality, and personal growth. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Trainer to join our wellness team. This role is responsible for delivering personalised fitness sessions, including personal training, Tai Chi, and EMS technology-based training, while ensuring guests receive exceptional service and professional guidance in line with FAENA’s luxury wellness and Forbes service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate fitness levels, goals, and physical limitations.
• Design and deliver personalised fitness and wellness programmes tailored to individual guest needs.
• Lead personal training sessions, including Tai Chi and EMS training, ensuring safe and effective exercise techniques.
• Monitor client performance and progress, adapting programmes where required to maximise results.
• Provide ongoing motivation, coaching, and support to encourage client engagement and retention.
• Educate guests on fitness techniques, posture, movement, and overall wellness principles.
• Ensure all training sessions are delivered with professionalism, energy, and exceptional guest care.
• Maintain accurate client records, progress tracking, and session documentation.
• Ensure fitness equipment, studio areas, and wellness spaces are clean, organised, and properly maintained.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the wellness and spa team to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Support wellness initiatives, special programmes, and guest engagement activities when required.
• Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and luxury service standards at all times.
• Ensure full compliance with Forbes standards, maintaining exceptional service quality, professionalism, and operational excellence at all times.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer qualification required.
• Additional certifications in Tai Chi, EMS training, or wellness coaching are highly advantageous.
• Previous experience within a luxury hotel, wellness resort, spa, or premium fitness environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, fitness programming, and injury prevention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering personalised guest experiences.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit varying fitness levels and guest requirements.
• Professional appearance and presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Experience working within a Forbes standard hotel or luxury wellness environment is highly advantageous.
• Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
