⢠Source Credit Card applications from right target segment to achieve business objective. 3 DIMENSIONS Operating Expense Budget NA Number of Staff NA Capital Exp. Budget NA Revenues 4 KEY RESULT AREAS
⢠Maintain the quality of applications brought in for satisfactory approval rates.
⢠Maintain Product mix to ensure profitability of business.
⢠Proactively work towards satisfying the needs of the customer.
⢠Ensure adherence to Credit and Policy guidelines in sourcing customers by maintaining quality of applicants and proper documentation.
⢠Manage bulk sourcing of customers from corporate sector and exploiting sales opportunities by translating them into fruitful business relationships.
⢠Follow the documentation policy guidelines while accepting the documents from the customer.
⢠Interaction with Team Leader regarding expectations and to ensure target achievements.
⢠5 Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships
⢠Competitive, dynamic, volatile and regulated business environment with low entry / exit barriers.
⢠The job holder will be operating within well-defined and demarcated business areas and is required to adhere to the policies and guidelines set out in the Bankās Credit Policy Manual.
⢠Candidate must effectively / actively liaise with his superiors and direct reports within the business unit to achieve business objectives.
⢠Works in an environment of daily reporting with six days working. 6 PROBLEM SOLVING
⢠Sales require understanding customersā individual financial circumstances.
⢠Responsible for assisting staff and customers in achieving their goals and objectives. 7 DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY & RESPONSIBILITY
⢠Responsible for honestly assisting the customer in achieving his objectives through courteous and friendly service, accurate promises keeping within the service delivery standards set by the bank.
⢠Should have complete product & policy information to ensure necessary documents are provided by the customer before submission to ensure smooth TAT.

8 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
⢠Sales profile that require confidence, persistence, personality and verbal written
⢠Basic knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking.
⢠Any discipline with1 year sales experience
