JOB SCOPE

• Performs all shows/sets as per schedule defined by leadership
• Maintains high quality of performance in all shows/sets performed
• Comfortable dancing both solo and in groups
• Comfortable lifting and being lifted
• Comfortable performing on stages of all scale including moving parts and/or near water
• Take part in warm-up sessions, rehearsals and cleaning sessions as required
• Showcases and maintains technique consistently
• Prioritizes and maintains personal health and fitness standards
• Showcases confidence and finesse while moving from style to style
• Is able and willing to perform as a Face Character, show host, actor or specialty act, when required
• Attends all mandatory meetings and training/s required by Miral or the leadership team
• Assures call-times are observed and is backstage ready for performance at scheduled show start time
• Plans and executes personal warm-ups to ensure readiness for performances and safety standards are met
• Reports illness or injury to leadership team immediately, following HSE procedures at all times
• Takes proper and professional care of all costume pieces, shoes, wigs, makeup and props and does not engage in any activities that may harm or damage the costumes or props
• Reports any damaged costumes or props to the leadership team immediately
• Follows all company policies and procedures, including dress code, social media and behavior expectations in line with Miral’s code of conduct
• Observes the company’s behavioral competencies as described below when interacting with others
• Adheres to company guidelines when using any facilities, including but not limited to rides, restaurants, retail shops, entrances and exits and smoking areas
• Participates in job performance evaluations, to be given by leadership as defined by Miral
• Understands that this position includes, but is not limited to, the aforementioned and that the Performer is to work as directed across all Miral parks, properties and events

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

Essential:
• Higher secondary or equivalent
• Technical training in Jazz, Musical Theater, Commercial, Ballet and Hip Hop
• Previous professional stage/performance experience
• Ability to learn and execute choreography with accuracy and precision
• Technically trained in multiple styles
• Brand alignment and uniqueness
• Physical aptitude to learn new skills as required
• Strong stage presence and performance quality

Desirable:
• Bachelor’s degree in the Arts or Master of Fine Arts degree
• 4 years of proven professional stage/performance experience
• Theme Park performance experience
• GCC/UAE performance experience
• Tricking, tap dance, improvisational skills, singing, physical comedy, character playing, solo and ensemble acting
