Role Summary:
Applus+ is seeking an experienced Performance Measurement Specialist to join a waste management project operating under a performance-based contract. This role focuses on developing KPIs, monitoring operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with contract requirements and organizational objectives.
• Analyze operational data and performance trends to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Monitor compliance with performance-based contracts, ensuring deliverables and targets are achieved.
• Support the design and implementation of performance management frameworks and reporting systems.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to compare performance against industry best practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance objectives with operational execution.
• Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment between operational performance and operations excellence standards.
• Support governance processes related to performance management and reporting. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in performance management, business analysis, or operations excellence.
• Proven experience working within performance-based contracts or KPI-driven environments.
• Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Experience in developing and monitoring performance frameworks and KPIs.
