About the Internship / Tamheer Program

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Saudi national to join our People & Culture team under the Internship or Tamheer Program. This opportunity is designed to provide practical HR experience in a luxury hotel environment while developing professional skills in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals seeking structured on-the-job training in Human Resources.

What You Will Learn & Support

During your training period, you will gain exposure to:

• Recruitment coordination and interview scheduling

• Onboarding and colleague documentation processes

• Maintaining employee files and HR systems

• Supporting colleague engagement activities and events

• Assisting with internal communications

• Learning about Saudi Labor Law compliance

• General HR administrative support

You will work closely with experienced HR professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout the program.

What We Are Looking For

• Saudi National (Tamheer eligibility required, if applicable)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English

• Professional attitude and high level of confidentiality

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Passion for hospitality and people development
