Job Description
At SLS The Red Sea, we don't just build teams—we curate communities. As a People & Culture Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our vibrant workplace culture to life by supporting the full employee journey, from onboarding and engagement to payroll, performance, wellbeing, and employee relations. More than an administrator, you'll be a culture ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects the bold, playful, and people-first spirit of SLS.
Working closely with leaders across the resort, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies, Saudi labour regulations, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Deliver an exceptional employee experience by coordinating onboarding, induction, offboarding, and day-to-day People & Culture operations.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, benefits, and employee relations matters while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Support the People Development Manager in delivering employee engagement initiatives, training programs, learning and development activities, recognition programs, and wellbeing initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
- Coordinate the performance management process, including appraisals, feedback cycles, development planning, and succession initiatives in partnership with departmental leaders.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, payroll inputs, reports, and People & Culture documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi Labour Law.
- Assist with payroll administration, employee benefits, final settlements, and employee queries by working closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary processes, and the promotion of an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace.
- Coordinate employee accommodation inspections, transportation schedules, and welfare initiatives to ensure an exceptional team member experience.
- Assist with internal audits, compliance requirements, health and safety initiatives, and the continuous improvement of People & Culture processes.
- Contribute to special projects, pre-opening activities, and departmental initiatives that support operational excellence and bring the SLS culture to life.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a People & Culture or Human Resources Generalist role within a luxury hotel, lifestyle brand, luxury residential, or remote hospitality environment.
- Sound knowledge of Human Resources operations including payroll, employee relations, performance management, engagement, recruitment support, and policy administration.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law and hospitality HR best practices.
- Experience maintaining HR documentation, confidential employee records, and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Information Systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Passion for creating memorable employee experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Fluency in English is essential
