Responsible for processing payroll and maintain accurate and updated payroll information to ensure employees of Al Borg are paid the right amount on time.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
⢠Perform day-to-day activities related to payroll function in accordance to Al Borgās policies and procedures.
⢠Collect, calculate, and enter data into the payroll system in order to maintain accurate payroll information on Mena ITech.
⢠Accurate input of regular/ad-hoc payroll adjustments.
⢠Check and resolve any payroll discrepancy before submitting payroll report for final approval.
⢠Liaise with HR Services for new hires and leavers and ensure system is updated accordingly.
⢠Check the payslips on Mena ITech and ensure it reflects the correct data.
⢠Handle any issues/queries and answer any questions on payroll matters.
⢠Collect and ensure the accuracy of employee timesheets and update the payroll system accordingly.
⢠Ensure complying with labor law regulations and Al Borg policies and procedures related to payroll.
⢠Provide relevant reports to HR Service Manager as required.
⢠Calculate final settlements as notified by HR Services, recover any loan balances etc.
⢠Calculate and process emergency manual payments as required.
⢠Perform other tasks, when assigned and only required.Requirements
Experience
⢠[3-5] years in related experience.
⢠Practical experience in payroll is preferred.
⢠Proven experience in healthcare or diagnostic industry is an advantage.Education and Qualifications
⢠Bachelorās Degree in Human Resources or related field is required
⢠Professional certificates, such as, CIPD, SHRM, HRI is an advantage.
