Apt Resources is seeking a highly skilled Pastry Chef to join the culinary team for one of our clients in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. As the Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for designing, preparing, and presenting a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our discerning clientele. Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or upscale properties.
• Exceptional skills in pastry preparation, baking, and dessert presentation.
• Experience working in an ultra-luxury hotel, resort, or Michelin-star restaurants.
• Creative flair with the ability to develop innovative and elegant dessert menus.
• Strong leadership qualities and experience managing a pastry team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to stay in staff accommodation if provided.Benefits
