At Syarah, we are building a seamless automotive experience, and parts availability plays a critical role in our operations. We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to oversee sourcing, supplier relationships, and inventory management across our network in KSA.
This role requires strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and dealer landscape in Saudi Arabia, along with the ability to ensure timely availability of parts while optimizing cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end parts procurement and inventory operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, suppliers, and distributors across KSA
• Source automotive parts at competitive prices while ensuring quality and availability
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory to support operations
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to forecast parts demand
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers and dealers
• Track and manage parts orders, deliveries, and lead times
• Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all parts transactions
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and supplier networks in the automotive industryRequirements
• 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in parts management or procurement
• Strong network and relationships with automotive dealers and suppliers in KSA
• Good understanding of automotive parts, sourcing, and inventory management
• Experience in negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems
• Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
