Overview of the role :

As Partners RelationshipĀ  Manager your primary responsibilities will include work closely with Al-Futtaim Finance & Partners Teams to ensure proper reconciliation of financial accounts.Support marketing team to maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities and own presentation.

What you will do :

• Ā  Ā Manage a portfolio of key accounts and corporates to ensure customer retention and maximise output from key account portfolio. Build awareness of Al-Futtaim products (financial services, rental, leasing, Auto, Truck/Bus & Industrial Equipment within local corporate community
• Ā  Ā Support the Head of Department in sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded for corporate customers
• Ā  Ā Build strong and effective account management relationships with all customers
• Ā  Ā Develop customer relationships to enhance profit levels and penetration of services
• Ā  Ā Develop accounts and cross sell other Al-Futtaim, Financial Services, Auto and Industrial Equipment productsĀ 
• Ā  Ā Plan and implement customer retention and relationship developmentĀ 
• Ā  Ā Contribute to formulation of policy and strategy within the sales and marketing functionĀ 
• Ā  Ā Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems as required by the Line Manager on a periodic basis.Ā  Support achievement of all sales revenue and profit targets for lease and rental products

• Ā  Ā Team player with evidence of building cross business supportĀ 
• Ā  Ā Target oriented and driven to exceed demanding challengesĀ 
• Ā  Ā Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors
