The Opportunity
As a member of the EMEA Partner Solution Consulting Team you will play a key role in growing the impact of our Partner Eco-system across EMEA. Adobe’s Partners are critical to Adobe’s success in creating and supporting large scale deals and delivering value for our customers.
In this role you will support our global and regional partners across the EMEA region to build and deliver successful solutions that drive revenue using Adobe’s suite of solutions that comprise the Content Supply Chain. You will support our partner sales teams in the field as we work with the direct sales organisation and help our implementation partners with standard methodologies across these solutions to build a growing partner ecosystem.
What you’ll get involved in;
Build a positive relationship with existing partners by engaging in joint business development activities, accelerating opportunities, building joint solutions, and maintaining a track of the overall sales objectives and product strategy.
Build Partner Focus: Play a key role in driving solution evangelism of Adobe Customer Experience Orchestration(CXO) technology, with specific focus on Adobe Content Supply Chain, across the Middle East partner ecosystem. Inspire and excite partners on the scope of Adobe CXO technology to shape the customer experience. Bring to life use cases by focusing on key industry verticals relevant to partner experience and goals.
Develop & Grow Opportunities: Align with partner managers to deliver product messaging that demonstrates Adobe's value proposition leading to opportunity creation. Play an active role in supporting both Adobe sales teams and partners to drive pipeline creation and revenue. Engage with counterparts in Solution Consulting to align product positioning with customer requirements.
Technical Development: A key part of the role is to help partners in the Middle East build Adobe practices in region. Developing a strategy with key partners to grow their practices through Adobe training. Reinforce pre-sales technical skills with hands-on labs workshops and use case deep dives. Leverage both online events and local workshops to engage partner practitioners with Adobe’s new solutions and use cases.
Go-To-Market Scale & Growth: Adobe actively supports partners in developing market specific solutions with our partners. These can range from single solution accelerators to full blown industry specific solutions. As a Partner SC you will make recommendations on integration strategies, platforms and application infrastructure required to efficiently implement an Adobe solution. Support GTM activities such as joint marketing events with partners, demo development and creation of supporting technical assets.
Experiences desired;
· Build strong relationships with partners and guide them towards success with Adobe solutions
· Experienced in developing and delivering professional and convincing presentations, business development and technical workshops.
· Lead functional teams/initiatives including task splitting and delegation.
· Be an excellent teammate and support other roles in your environment.
· Be able to self-organize and prioritize your work schedule in a multi-engagement environment.
· Understand when to involve other experts to ensure success.
· Strong understanding of the business landscape, culture, and dynamics in the Middle East market.
· Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as needed and up to 50%
