Paediatrician | JCI-Accredited Healthcare Facility | Immediate Hiring

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Specialist Paediatrician to join a leading healthcare facility. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions, and work closely with families and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric consultations, examinations, and developmental assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in infants, children, and adolescents.
• Monitor children's physical, emotional, and developmental growth.
• Manage common pediatric conditions including respiratory, gastrointestinal, infectious, allergic, endocrine, and nutritional disorders.
• Provide routine child health assessments and preventive healthcare.
• Administer and recommend vaccinations according to approved immunization schedules.
• Provide pediatric emergency assessment and stabilization when required.
• Evaluate growth, nutrition, developmental milestones, and behavioral concerns.
• Counsel parents and caregivers regarding nutrition, vaccination, child development, preventive care, and disease management.
• Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging reports, and other diagnostic results.
• Refer patients to appropriate pediatric subspecialists when required.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric surgeons, pediatric intensivists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare authority regulations, hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
• Participate in on-call duties and emergency pediatric coverage as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• MD / DNB / MRCPCH / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Paediatrics.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience as a Specialist Paediatrician.
• Strong clinical experience in general pediatrics and management of pediatric patients.
• PALS certification is preferred.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
