We are seeking a qualified and experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon wo can handle Asrthroscopy to join our esteemed team in Bahrain. Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopaedic issues, utilizing clinical examinations and diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that may include surgical options, physical therapy, and other therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Perform a variety of orthopaedic surgeries, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, and trauma surgeries, ensuring optimal outcomes through adherence to best practices.
• Manage patient care across all stages, including preoperative planning, intraoperative support, and postoperative follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatments, rehabilitation, and preventative care strategies.
• Stay abreast of advancements in orthopaedic surgery and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with local regulations and organizational policies.Requirements
• Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an Orthopaedic Surgery residency program.
• Board certification in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in orthopaedic surgery.
• Proficient in a range of orthopaedic surgical procedures.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions and treatment methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues.
• Able to work in a multitasking and dynamic environment.
• Possession of a valid medical license to practice in Bahrain.
