Talentspoc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our healthcare team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a broad range of conditions affecting the mouth, jaws, face, and related structures. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations through clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Perform complex surgical interventions with a focus on precision and patient comfort.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure effective recovery.
• Collaborate with other dental and medical professionals for integrated patient care.
• Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, risks, benefits, and post-surgical care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, adhering to local healthcare regulations and standards.Requirements
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Board certification and a valid license to practice in Bahrain or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience post-residency, preferably in a Gulf region healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
