Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with fluency in Arabic and strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM modules and working closely with HR teams to optimize HR processes. The role requires readiness to travel to Saudi Arabia for client engagements and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Oracle HCM applications.
• Conduct functional workshops, user training, and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and reports.
• Support data migration, integration with other systems, and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
• Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Travel to Saudi Arabia as required for onsite project support and stakeholder collaboration.Skills:

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تنفيذ، إعداد وصيانة وحدات Oracle HCM Cloud (الموارد البشرية الأساسية، الرواتب، إدارة المواهب، وإدارة الإجازات)

• التعاون مع فرق الموارد البشرية وأصحاب المصلحة لجمع وتحليل المتطلبات وتحويلها إلى وظائف عملية

• تقديم الدعم المستمر وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بتطبيقات HCM

• عقد ورش عمل وظيفية، تدريب المستخدمين، وإجراء اختبارات القبول

• إعداد المواصفات الوظيفية، الوثائق والإجراءات

• دعم ترحيل البيانات، التكامل مع الأنظمة الأخرى، وترقية النظام

• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير أمن البيانات والخصوصية

• التواصل الفعّال باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية مع العملاء والفرق متعددة التخصصات

• الاستعداد للسفر إلى السعودية لدعم المشاريع والتعاون مع العملاء
