Job Description
We are currently looking for looking Oracle Fusion HCM Support Specialist for our Qatar operations.
Skills
- The Oracle Fusion HCM Support Specialist will provide remote operational, technical, and functional support for Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) applications
- The resource will serve as an augmented staff member supporting day-to-day administration, user management, troubleshooting, enhancements, patch coordination, and system maintenance activities
- Preference will be given to candidates possessing cross-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, and other Oracle Fusion application streams
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
Requirements
- •Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM applications
- •Ability to provide remote operational and technical support
- •Knowledge of day-to-day administration and user management
- •Experience in troubleshooting and system maintenance
- •Experience in patch coordination and system enhancements
Nice to Have
- •Cross-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM
- •Cross-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance
Responsibilities
- •Provide remote operational, technical, and functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM
- •Serve as an augmented staff member for day-to-day administration
- •Manage user accounts and troubleshoot system issues
