Requirements

ARABIC Speaker is a must to apply.

Provide support to MERN Network by effectively handling the daily tasks, dealing with exceptions, on-road trucking issues & compliance reporting. Provides technical advice & practical support to internal & external customers on service & related systems issues.

Performs general administrative and support duties as required.

Experience & Skills Required

• Closely monitor truck at borders levels
• Clearance paperwork and requirements from customers
• Coordinate with Clearance Brokers at borders to expedite trucks movements
• Communicate with trucks drivers and log updates
• Transit Times reporting and analysis
• Optimize clearance transit times at borders through analysis
• Management escalationProduce reports to Management/Snr. Management

Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
