Overview Of The Role:

• The Sr Manager Sales Support and Ops is responsible for providing commercial support and operational execution for B2B corporate clients, ensuring revenue is efficiently converted into profitable business. The role includes managing sales enablement, deal structuring, contract execution, and client onboarding through the customer lifecycle. The Sr Manager works closely with B2B Sales to drive conversion, margin discipline, and service delivery, offering leadership and oversight across sales support and operations teams to ensure scalable processes, cost control, and consistent execution aligned with commercial objectives.

What You Will Do:

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary relationship owner for high-value and strategic corporate clients, ensuring all interactions are managed efficiently and within SLA.

• Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with client stakeholders; lead quarterly and annual account review meetings.

• Provide management with insights based on client feedback, market trends, and operational performance.

Team Leadership and Support

• Oversee all activities performed by Relationship Management Executives and ensure seamless communication and service delivery across internal departments.

• Provide leadership and support to the team serving Managed Transport Services (MTS), ensuring successful delivery of outcomes.

• Serve as the point of escalation for complex client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Operational Execution

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new MTS clients and coordinate onboarding and oversight of suppliers to maintain high-quality service.

• Monitor and fulfill contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for MTS customers and oversee offhire management.

• Collaborate with Contract Origination, Sales, Vehicle Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service for efficient processing of orders.
Fleet Management

• Monitor fleet lifecycle activities including vehicle deliveries, maintenance progress, and registration renewals with proactive customer communication.

• Review renewal recommendations prepared by Relationship Executives; ensure renewal updates are provided to clients 90 days before contract expiry.

• Oversee offhire management, including accurate agreement closure, verification of fines, tolls, damages, and issuance of final invoices.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts with competing priorities.

• High proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• University graduate in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related fields preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, corporate account management, or B2B service operations.

• Strong understanding of leasing, fleet operations, or automotive corporate services.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
