We are seeking motivated and analytical UAE Nationals to join our Business Banking team as an Operational Risk Analyst. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to risk management, governance, process improvement, and operational controls while contributing to the Bank's risk and control framework.
What You Will Do:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of operational risk management frameworks and tools across Business Banking.
- Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to identify and assess operational risks and control effectiveness.
- Conduct control testing and identify process, system, training, and compliance gaps, ensuring timely remediation.
- Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), highlighting emerging risks and trends.
- Investigate, track, and support the resolution of operational risk incidents.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, risk updates, and governance presentations.
- Review business processes and customer journeys to identify opportunities for enhanced controls, operational efficiency, and improved customer experience.
- Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Credit, Operations, Treasury, and Business Banking to strengthen governance and risk management practices.What We're Looking For:
β’ UAE National (Family Book required).
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
β’ Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, risk management, operations, business analysis, or related disciplines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis.
β’ Interest in Risk Management, Governance, Controls, and Banking Operations.This position is exclusively open to UAE Nationals as part of Rakbank's commitment to Emiratisation.
