Role: Officer - Access Management Control
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
The Access Management Control Officer supports the bank’s access management and control by performing activities related to user provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access maintenance, access reviews as per AMC SOP. This role helps ensure that users receive the correct system access based on their job responsibilities and user access matrix, while maintaining accurate records, following defined approval workflows, and assisting with periodic access reviews.
Key Accountabilities of the role
• Support provisioning, de‑provisioning, transfers staff, and access maintenance activities within the identity lifecycle management process (IDAM manual workflows.
• Handle branches transfer requests through IDAM Portal.
• Support periodic review of not used access and disable the access and update the tracker.
• Troubleshooting access issues for branches and ops.
• Revoke access of resigned staff as per HR Notifications.
• Manage Active Directory security groups, Disable and enable Ids for temporary users.
• Support the unit in system testing.
• Attend scheduled User Access Management (UAM) support calls through line 1655.
• Escalate any access issues, system failure and errors to Head of Dept in time.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
Excellent communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Banking or Technology
