Job Summary
As an Odoo ERP Administrator at Sealy Mattress Middle East, you will optimize our manufacturing-driven Odoo ecosystem by delivering functional support, streamlining cross-departmental workflows across production, logistics, sales, retail, and finance, and eliminating data backlogs.
Key Responsibilities
• System Support & Governance: Act as the primary contact for user support, manage master data including BOMs, and handle data cleansing and transaction reconciliation.
• Configuration & Analytics: Lead functional setups and module rollouts, create reporting dashboards, and coordinate with external developers.
• Auditing & Training: Support inventory audits and stock reconciliations, and document processes to train end-users.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo ERP Administrator.
- Expertise: Strong command of Odoo modules (MRP, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting), advanced Excel/data import skills, and fluent technical English. Eligibility & Demographics
- Residency & Status: Must reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a transferable Iqama.
- Nationality: Open to Indian or Jordanian nationals, with male applicants preferred to align with senior administrative requirements.

Requirements
