Job Overview

We are currently hiring an experienced Nursing Manager on behalf of a reputable healthcare facility in the UAE. The successful candidate will lead nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and manage a multidisciplinary team in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure efficient workflow

Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff across departments

Maintain high standards of patient care and safety

Ensure compliance with DHA / DOH / MOH regulations and JCI standards

Manage staffing schedules, workforce planning, and resource allocation

Conduct staff performance evaluations and training programs

Implement quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices

Collaborate with physicians and hospital management

Education & Licensing

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)

Valid UAE license (DHA / DOH / MOH) or eligibility

Experience

Minimum 5–8 years of nursing experience

At least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role

Hospital experience is required

Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 40,000 (depending on experience)
