Network and Communications Expert

Taj HR is seeking an experienced Network and Communications Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing both local and wide area networks, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for all communication systems. This role also involves troubleshooting network issues and providing effective solutions while staying updated with the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functioning.
• Implement security measures to safeguard data and maintain network integrity.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to assess, implement, and support communication systems.
• Document network configurations, changes, and updates for future reference.
• Provide support and guidance to team members regarding network best practices.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in network design and management,installation, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience with LAN/WAN, VPNs, and server connectivity.
• Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent.
• Vendor certifications (Cisco, Huawei, etc.) preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, and HTTP.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and security appliances.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with VoIP technologies and wireless networking is an advantage.
• Ability to stay abreast of the latest networking technologies and trends.
