• Educate patients and families on kidney health, dietary recommendations, and treatment processes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Contribute to clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and professional education within the field of nephrology.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.Requirements
• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine followed by a fellowship in Nephrology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology.
• Current and valid medical license to practice in the applicable state.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nephrology experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment skills in managing renal diseases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
