We are seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join our specialized neonatal care team. As a Neonatologist, you will provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care for newborn infants, particularly those who are premature or critically ill. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care in our state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), supporting both our patients and their families throughout the clinical journey.
Responsibilities include:
• Assessing, diagnosing, and managing medical conditions in newborn infants.
• Performing advanced neonatal procedures and life-support interventions.
• Creating and implementing individualized care plans tailored to each neonate’s needs.
• Providing compassionate communication and education to families regarding their infant’s condition and care.
• Engaging in clinical research and participating in quality improvement initiatives to advance neonatal care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless multidisciplinary care delivery.Requirements
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of Pediatrics residency and Neonatology fellowship training.
• Board certification in Neonatology.
• Active medical license to practice in the required state.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a NICU or equivalent neonatal care setting preferred.
• Highly skilled in neonatal clinical procedures and critical care management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with families and the medical team.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
