We are hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-Premises) Consultant / Administrator to join a project-based engagement in Jeddah. The role focuses on CRM system administration, functional consulting, user support, and operational management of the Dynamics CRM platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM On-Premises environments, infrastructure coordination, and stakeholder-facing delivery across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Administration & Operations
⢠Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises across Dev, Test, Production, and DR environments
⢠Manage users, security roles, teams, privileges, and access controls
⢠Monitor system performance, execute tuning, and validate backups
⢠Support CRM upgrades, rollups, patches, and hotfix deployment
⢠Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and audit requirements
⢠Manage incident, problem, and change requests (ITIL-based processes)
2. Functional Consulting & Configuration
⢠Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
⢠Translate requirements into CRM configurations:
⢠Entities, relationships, forms, views
⢠Dashboards, charts, workflows, and business rules

⢠Support UAT and ensure business alignment
⢠Recommend best practices and system improvements
3. Architecture & Technical Support
⢠Work with infrastructure teams on:
⢠Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server
⢠Active Directory and authentication
⢠Networking, firewalls, load balancers, certificates

⢠Support integrations using APIs, SSIS, or middleware
⢠Assist in DR planning and high availability setups
4. Training & User Enablement
⢠Deliver end-user and administrator training sessions
⢠Create documentation: SOPs, user guides, FAQs
⢠Provide ongoing functional support to business users
5. Stakeholder Management
⢠Act as primary liaison between business, IT, and vendors
⢠Support issue resolution and root cause analysis
⢠Ensure SLA adherence and delivery coordinationRequirements
⢠5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises
⢠Strong experience in CRM administration and functional configuration
⢠Deep understanding of CRM security model and role-based access control
⢠Good knowledge of:
⢠Windows Server & SQL Server
⢠Active Directory
⢠Networking fundamentals

⢠Experience in CRM upgrades and performance optimization
⢠Experience in reporting (SSRS, FetchXML preferred)
⢠Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
⢠Experience in client-facing or multi-stakeholder environments
⢠Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform certifications (preferred)
Requirements
- ā¢5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises
- ā¢Strong experience in CRM administration and functional configuration
- ā¢Deep understanding of CRM security model and role-based access control
- ā¢Good knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, Networking fundamentals
- ā¢Experience in CRM upgrades and performance optimization
- ā¢Experience in reporting (SSRS, FetchXML preferred)
- ā¢Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- ā¢Experience in client-facing or multi-stakeholder environments
Nice to Have
