MEP Manager

Role Summary

The MEP Manager will lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for the Ajyad Project, ensuring design compliance, construction quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and coordination skills to oversee contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring all MEP systems meet project specifications, local regulations, and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP design review, construction, testing, and commissioning activities for the project.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and authorities to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Review and approve MEP drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi codes, standards, project specifications, and international best practices.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks related to MEP works.
• Identify risks, technical issues, and design conflicts, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Supervise contractors and site teams to ensure safe execution and high-quality workmanship.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Prepare regular progress reports and provide technical input to senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant professional membership (preferred).
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP works for high-rise tower projects.
• Mandatory experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• PMC (Project Management Consultancy) experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, standards, and commissioning processes.
• Proven leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
