MEP Construction Lead (Stadiums)

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled MEP Construction Lead specialized in stadium projects to lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all MEP works ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in line with project specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP construction activities specifically for stadium projects.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of MEP systems.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets for MEP construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor and report progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the MEP construction team.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to guarantee adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with project management and other disciplines to ensure overall project success.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in MEP construction management, preferably within stadium or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Deep understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
