Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and diagnose patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.
• Collaborate closely with surgical, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and other specialists for integrated patient management.
• Monitor patient response and manage therapy-related side effects and complications.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about disease prognosis and treatment options.
• Engage in clinical research and contribute to advances in oncology care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in line with regulatory standards. Requirements
• Medical degree with specialization in Medical Oncology or Hematology-Oncology from a recognized institution.
• Board certification in Medical Oncology or Hematology-Oncology.
• Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi or willingness to obtain it.
• Extensive experience in managing solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
• Strong knowledge of current oncology treatment protocols and therapies.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
