The Role of the Mechanic Supervisor
As a Mechanic Supervisor, you play a vital leadership role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all mechanical systems across the hotel. You oversee and support the engineering team while ensuring that mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems are maintained to the highest standards.
In this role, you are responsible for supervising preventive maintenance programs, coordinating corrective repairs, and ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues. Your expertise allows you to guide the team in troubleshooting complex problems, implementing effective solutions, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and asset longevity.
Beyond systems, you ensure the upkeep and functionality of building components, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. You lead by example, maintaining a safe, well-functioning, and comfortable environment for guests and employees alike.
When specialized expertise is required, you assess technical needs and coordinate with external contractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with Four Seasons standards.
Your contribution as a Mechanic Supervisor is essential to maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence, supporting smooth operations across all departments, and safeguarding the property’s valuable assets.

Located in a prime position in the heart of the capital within the iconic 99-storey Kingdom Tower, Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh offers unparalleled access to key business districts, shopping centers, and cultural landmarks. The hotel features 276 spacious and light-filled rooms, including 39 luxury suites.
Area of Responsibility:
Engineering, Food & Beverage, Events, Spa & Wellness
- Three exceptional dining venues with a total seating capacity of 250 guests
- Event facilities offering 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet) of flexible Ballroom and Meeting Room space
- A world-class spa with 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 dedicated female treatment room, along with high-end wellness facilities and a fully equipped fitness center
Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical or general maintenance within a luxury, fast-paced environment, with prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems
- Proven leadership, team supervision, and task coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Diploma or degree in a relevant technical field is an advantage
- Good command of the English language
