Marketing Specialist

Role Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that support business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-driven marketing professional with a strong understanding of the Bahrain market and local customer behavior. The role requires the ability to manage marketing activities independently while working closely with internal departments, suppliers, agencies, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Develop and implement marketing activities to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation, publishing, and engagement activities.
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and develop appropriate marketing solutions.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, marketing agencies, designers, and business partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on marketing activities, engagement, and results.
• Conduct market research and monitor customer behavior, competitor activities, and market trends in Bahrain.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency of the company's brand identity across marketing channels and materials.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, including digital content, promotional materials, presentations, and other communications.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and expand the company's market presence.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Perform other marketing-related duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within Bahrain.
• Strong understanding of the Bahrain market, customer behavior, and local business environment.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, branding, promotions, and campaign execution.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media channels.
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, HORECA, retail, or a related industry will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative, proactive, and self-motivated approach to marketing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and market trends.
• Good command of English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
