The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a newly opened cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their extraordinary team!
Conveniently located in the heart of Dubaiās Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubaiās world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
⢠Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop revenue driven marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
⢠Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
⢠Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and partnership.
⢠Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
⢠Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-Āfacing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
⢠Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
⢠Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
⢠Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
⢠Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
⢠Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
⢠Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team
⢠Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies
⢠Writing and delivering content and social media plans
⢠Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
⢠Overseeing the companyās attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals
⢠Hiring and managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that can also include PR and creative staff
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
It is not just about completing tasks and doing the work! We are looking for personality, originality, creativity, focus and a passion to deliver great results directly and via the whole team!
⢠Previous experience in a similar marketing role within the hotel industry, preferably cluster or multi-brand exposure.
⢠Strong knowledge of Dubai & the UAE market, including demand trends and local authority marketing guidelines.
⢠Excellent verbal and written English. Arabic is an advantage.
⢠Strong relationship building skills with clients, partners, and agencies.
