A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but youāll mostly be:āDeveloping and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and support revenue growth across all hotel outlets and servicesā Managing all digital marketing channels including social media platforms, website content, online campaigns, and email marketing activities
ā Coordinating marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and partnerships to maximize hotel exposure and market presence
ā Creating engaging marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content aligned with brand standards
ā Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify new marketing opportunities and improve campaign performance
ā Working closely with the Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams to support business objectives and drive occupancy, food & beverage, and event revenues
ā Managing relationships with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and suppliers to ensure effective campaign execution
ā Tracking marketing budgets and preparing monthly reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)
ā Supporting the planning and execution of hotel events, seasonal promotions, and community engagement initiatives
ā Ensuring all marketing activities reflect the hotelās brand identity and deliver exceptional guest experiences
What We need from you:āBachelorās degree / higher education qualification / equivalent ināÆmarketing or related field⯠āFour or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel s marketing setting āStrong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required⯠āMust speak local language(s)⯠āāÆOther languages preferred

Requirements
- ā¢Bachelorās degree / higher education qualification in marketing or related field
- ā¢Four or more years of experience in hospitality or hotel marketing
- ā¢Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends
- ā¢Proficiency in digital marketing channels (social media, website, email)
- ā¢Experience in creating marketing materials and advertisements
- ā¢Ability to monitor market trends and competitor activities
- ā¢Experience working with Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams
- ā¢Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting ROI
