Marketing Manager

We're Hiring: Marketing Manager – Coffee & Food & Beverage Industry.

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive the growth of our coffee and food & beverage business. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate marketing professional with a strong background in the coffee and F&B industry and a proven ability to build brands, lead teams, and deliver measurable business results.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities, and will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring high performance and continuous professional development.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, in-store, and outdoor channels.
• Drive brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal offers, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and senior management to support business growth and increase revenue.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, customer insights, and business opportunities.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor campaign performance using data and analytics, preparing regular reports with actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, influencers, designers, and other external vendors.
• Lead the company's digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
• Organize marketing events, exhibitions, and brand activation activities to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure all marketing activities reflect the company's values and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
• 5–8 years of proven marketing experience, preferably within the coffee and Food & Beverage industry.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a marketing team.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, and customer acquisition.
• Experience in developing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth and increase brand visibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to interpret marketing data and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
