Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process for producing engaging content across formats: articles, property descriptions, blogs, videos, and social media.
• Campaign Development
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns that showcase properties and the lifestyle of luxury living.
• Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistency across all platforms.
• Creative Leadership
• Oversee and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance to ensure quality, originality, and brand alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with external creators, photographers, videographers, and influencers.
• Market Research & Innovation
• Conduct market research to identify trends and themes that resonate with high-net-worth audiences.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance content offerings.
• Performance & Optimization
• Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize engagement.
• Ensure all content reflects AHS’s brand voice, tone, and standards of excellence. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in content creation and management, with a focus on luxury real estate or high-end lifestyle brands
• Proven track record of developing successful content strategies and campaigns
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to creatively present complex concepts in an engaging manner
• Experience managing and leading a creative team
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and content optimization
• Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Requirements
