Job Description

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Marketing Coordinator.

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing & Communications team in developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives for two distinctive luxury hotel brands. The role is responsible for coordinating campaigns, content creation, social media activities, events, promotions, partnerships, and marketing communications while ensuring consistency with the unique brand identities and luxury standards of Raffles and Fairmont.

Working closely with Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments, the Marketing Coordinator ensures that campaigns and promotional activities are delivered accurately, creatively, and on schedule. The position also supports the management of digital platforms, marketing materials, agency relationships, and campaign reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities and campaigns for Raffles Doha and Fairmont Doha
• Assist in developing and executing digital, social media, email, website, and traditional marketing campaigns
• Coordinate content creation including photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting
• Manage and maintain social media platforms and digital marketing channels
• Support the planning and execution of hotel events, activations, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate with internal departments, creative agencies, media partners, influencers, and external suppliers
• Support influencer collaborations, media visits, photo and video shoots, and promotional partnerships
• Prepare marketing briefs, presentations, campaign calendars, reports, and performance updates
• Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, and marketing analytics
• Ensure all marketing materials follow Raffles and Fairmont brand guidelines
• Support the development and distribution of promotional materials for rooms, dining, spa, events, and hotel experiences
• Assist with marketing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and administrative requirements
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify relevant hospitality and lifestyle trends
• Maintain an organized marketing asset library and database
• Support cross-functional communication to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time
• Ensure all marketing communications reflect the luxury positioning and distinctive identity of Raffles and Fairmont Doha

Qualifications

What will you bring to this role?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle industries preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and online platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing and content management tools
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and external partners
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality and international hotel brands is an advantage
