Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 15–25+ years of experience in consulting, executive leadership, or senior management roles.
• Proven experience in leading large organizations or consulting firms.
• Strong track record of P&L ownership and business growth.
• Extensive experience in strategy, transformation, or advisory services.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging government and C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and organizational leadership capability.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
