Role: Manager ā CMO DDS, WPS, Utility and Payment Services
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
Manage overall settlement operations, responsible for the effective and successful management of staff members, guiding, directing, supporting, and ensuring accuracy, quality control, regulatory changes implementation, resolution of issues with policy and process. Planning and maintaining work systems, procedures and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of staff members in the business unit. Lead a team of 10 members to manage the operations procedureās keeping in line with Project, Regulationās and Goals as defined.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
⢠Manage overall Settlement Operations (UAEDDS, WPS, Sos, Utility and Payments) and responsible for the effective and successful management of staff members, productivity, quality control and timely execution of payments.
⢠Enhance the operational policy, procedure, systems, and principles in the areas of settlements flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting etc.
⢠Verify and approve the reconciliation of transactions / accounts, ensuring that corrective action is taken on outstanding items and escalate any long outstanding items.
⢠Report any significant exceptions and/or deviations to department / division management for further instructions / guidance.
⢠Ensure compliance with ADIB policies, procedures, guidelines, standards and maintaining high standard of operational controls
⢠Ensure compliance with Regulatory changes/policies, procedures, guidelines, standards, implementation and maintaining high standard of operational controls and appropriate procedure as per Rule book and SSMās
⢠Assist in achieving and measuring department performance against identified goals for the year.
⢠Attend/Advise UAT for fixing system issues/system enhancement etc.
⢠Assist BAU for supervisory role in their absence
⢠Attend meetings and support any new initiatives/Projects for products, processes or regulatory requirements till successful implementation within the timeline.
⢠Regularly evaluate the operational processes and recommend line management, suitable changes to improve efficiency and controls.
⢠Evaluate and improve the settlement operation efficiency and manage the operational risks and controls involved
⢠Undertake training programs to improve knowledge to enhance role performance and provide training to junior staff under the cross functional training program.
⢠Undertake any additional assignments / projects entrusted by the line management and complete them as per requirement.
