Job Overview:

As a Manager - Value Proposition - Emirati Segment at Emirates NBD, your role is to develop and manage tailored value propositions for Emirati clients within Priority Banking. You will use client insights, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the bank’s appeal to Emirati clients, strengthen client engagement, and support business growth across the segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage value propositions that address the unique needs and preferences of Emirati clients, ensuring alignment with Priority Banking and broader Retail Banking objectives.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure value propositions are effectively communicated, delivered, and embedded across client touchpoints.
• Engage with Emirati clients to understand their financial needs and preferences, using insights to shape and refine proposition development.
• Act as a point of contact for key Emirati clients, supporting the delivery of personalized solutions and monitoring client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on proposition performance, client feedback, market trends, and business outcomes.
• Analyse data to identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, improve proposition effectiveness, and support senior management decision-making.
• Ensure all Emirati segment activities comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and risk management requirements.Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in value proposition development, product management, client segment management, or a related role within banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in financial services, marketing, or client management are preferred.
• Strong understanding of client segmentation, value proposition development, marketing strategy, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, strategic planning, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.There’s never been a better time to join Emirates NBD.
