The Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations across all levels of the organization, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and candidate-centric hiring process. The role oversees talent acquisition strategy and execution, manages recruitment teams, partners with business stakeholders on workforce planning, and drives continuous improvement in recruitment processes, employer branding, and candidate experience. The position also ensures compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and HSE requirements while delivering recruitment objectives aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for all organizational levels, from entry-level to senior leadership.
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, timely, and aligned with business staffing requirements.
- Personally manage recruitment for mid-level and senior-level positions, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to enhance capability and performance.
- Monitor recruitment targets while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience and professionalism.
- Partner with HR Services to ensure seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding.
- Coordinate pre-boarding activities, ensuring documentation and system updates are completed before onboarding.
- Collect feedback from new hires and hiring managers to improve recruitment and pre-boarding processes.
- Promote a candidate-first approach throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment communications.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Organizational Development (OD) to align recruitment plans with workforce planning.
- Manage manpower forecasting in partnership with the OD team.
- Continuously improve recruitment workflows, tools, systems, and policies.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction) to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, aviation regulations, and recruitment governance requirements, including background checks, reference verification, security clearances, and medical assessments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and campus recruitment activities.
- Develop recruitment marketing materials and social media campaigns to strengthen employer branding and attract diverse talent.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, progress updates, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
- Support HSE risk assessment reviews in collaboration with the HSE team.
- Promote safe work practices, encourage reporting of incidents and hazards, and reinforce HSE compliance within the team.
- Monitor adherence to HSE procedures and coordinate corrective actions where required.
- Implement corrective actions resulting from departmental audits.
- Perform other duties assigned by management to support departmental and organizational objectives. Requirements and Skills
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- CIPD certification is preferred. Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role within a similar industry or function. Skills & Competencies
