Strategic
1. Sales Performance Management - Execute branch sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual target for both new and pre-own business. 2. Financial Management- Prepare and monitor branch budget, operating expenses and profitability. Controlling cost and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency. Drive add-on product to increase profitability. 3. Operational Excellence and Risk Management - Oversee daily branch operation in with compliance set by the Company and other stakeholder. Support the Head of Sales in areas of training and development defined by the AG Auto way of selling. 5. Customer Relationship Management- strategy focuses on driving sales, retention, and loyalty while ensuring consistent customer experience across sales and aftersales.
Operational
1. Monitor daily activities and track performance metrics and implement corrective to address shortfall. Conduct regular meetings. 2. Track customer discount, trade-in values, cash flows, AR, second facing to maximize every sales opportunity and margin retention. 3. Work Closely with Aftersales for customer excellence and smoother operational synergy 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalation in prompt manner, overseeing customer touchpoints as per sales process journey. 5. Drive the employee and customer engagement program by foster training, development and succession planning. 6.Ensure compliance of the company policy and implement risk mitigation measure through regular spot check audit. 7. Protect branch assets and data by enforcing security protocols and promptly addressing operational incidents. 8. Implement efficient inventory control to ensure optimal vehicle availability while avoiding overstocking or excessive transfer 9. Ensure accurate and timely reporting sales, forecast, sales inventory and financial data.
