The impact you’ll have:

You will:

• Set the HSE standard for rides and attractions across DHE assets

• Lead audits, inspections and governance frameworks that protect our guests

• Partner with operations to identify risks before they become incidents

• Work directly with Dubai Municipality and regulators on compliance and inspections

• Drive training, awareness and safety culture across business units

• Investigate incidents and ensure real, lasting corrective actions

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you influence both strategy and day-to-day operations.

We need someone who understands:

• Rides and attractions safety

• Regulatory compliance in Dubai

• How to implement HSE systems in complex, live environments

You’ll likely have:

• 10+ years in HSE, ideally within entertainment, leisure, theme parks, or large public venues

• Strong experience in audits, inspections and risk management

• Deep knowledge of Dubai Municipality HSE requirements

• Experience building or improving HSE management systems

• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and regulators

• NEBOSH Diploma is expected.

• Lead auditor certification is a strong plus
